🪖The key points from the evening update by General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces – June 4, 2033.

▪️During the day, the Russian army conducted 7 missile and 25 air strikes, as well as about 20 MLRS attacks.

▪️Ukrainian military repelled all 23 enemy attacks.

▪️Russian forces made an unsuccessful attempt to infiltrate sabotage group through the state border of Ukraine near Zelene settlement of the Kharkiv Oblast.

▪️Ukrainian missile and artillery units hit 2 Russian weapon and military equipment concentration points, an ammunition warehouse, 2 anti-aircraft missile systems and 2 radio electronic warfare stations.

🔴President Zelenskyy reported that we know for sure about 19905 deported Ukrainian children. These are the registered cases of deportation. However, according to the President, the actual number is estimated at hundreds of thousands.

At the same time, Ukraine managed to return 371 illegally deported children from Russia.

‼️Shelling of Kherson Oblast: Russians shelled Kherson Oblast 56 times. In particular, they shelled Kherson 7 times. Residential buildings were damaged. No casualties.

‼️At night, Russians attacked Ukraine with 6 Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles and 8 attack drones. The Defence Forces destroyed 4 missiles and 6 drones.

🔴 Russian shelling on June 1, 2023

Kherson oblast: Russians attacked Kherson and settlements of the oblast. Around 15 people were wounded. Residential buildings, outbuildings, and a shop were damaged.

Kharkiv oblast: Russians carried out two S-300 missile strikes over the Industrial'nyy district of Kharkiv. A woman was wounded. One of the civil industrial enterprises was damaged.

Sumy oblast: Russians shelled Krasnopillya community with artillery. There are no casualties.

Donetsk oblast: Russians shelled four communities. A missile hit Slovyansk, a residential area was damaged. Over the past 24 hours, two people were killed, five people were wounded.

Zaporizhia oblast: Russian military shelled 20 settlements. There are no casualties. 23 civil objects were damaged.

Dnipropetrovsk oblast: Russians shelled Marhanets community. Two people were wounded. A residential building and a civil infrastructure object were damaged.

🇫🇷 Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with the President of France Emmanuel Macron.

Following the meeting, Macron instructed the French Ministry of Defense to work together with the Ukrainian Ministry to train Ukrainian pilots and aviation technicians.

🇪🇺 The European Parliament backed a draft bill to increase European production of ammunition and missiles and accelerate their delivery to Ukraine.

European companies will receive financial support to increase their capacity. The Union will ensure that there are no delays in the supply chain. The draft law involves the allocation of 500 million euros for these purposes.

🇧🇷 Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva condemned Russian invasion of Ukraine. Previously he held a neutral position.

⚡ American company Global Military Products Inc. received a $118.3 million contract from the US Ministry of Defense for the purchase and delivery of Gepard self-propelled anti-aircraft systems to Ukraine.

🧬 Ukraine is creating an international DNA database to search for children deported by Russia.

The creation of such database requires the help of international mediators: The United Nations Children's Fund, the International Committee of the Red Cross, and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.

They will collect samples from deported children to prove that they have relatives in Ukraine.
