Audubon Bioscience operates globally through affiliated companies in 12 countries and partners with a wide network of 100+ clinics around the world (USA, Europe, Asia, Africa). The headquarters of the company is located in Houston, Texas.
Responsibilities:
• Develop original scientific content for Audubon’s blog, website and a company social media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.);
• Publish this content at various Company channels: website, social media, etc.;
• Work with designer(s) to create relevant and brand oriented graphic content (for e-marketing) - images, infographics, etc. - to accompany text content that company publishes;
• Work with designer(s) as well as internal scientific experts to create relevant and brand oriented printed content (brochures, catalogs, leaflets) as well as materials to represent the company at conference and events (banners, stands, booths, souvenirs etc.);
• Constantly develop and improve company’s scientific content;
• Work closely with Sr. Marketing Manager (or later Marketing Director) on “Annual Content Plan” and content marketing initiatives for scientists, doctors, patients and internal audiences;
• Assist in the development and launch of content as well as email marketing campaigns;
• Analyze competitor’s content, content trends in life science field to develop original content strategies;
• Follow up scientific news and trends, relevant for the company’s products and services;
• Manage communications projects, including relationships with outside consultants to complement in-house skills and expertise - namely proofreading of content;
• Define, collect and analyze data and key performance indicators to follow the impact of the created content and its effectiveness ensure that company is effectively reaching its target audiences.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant content creation experience in the area of biobanking, biotech or pharmaceutical industries;
• Excellent command of English language (grammar, vocabulary, writing and style) - highly advanced level or native speaker;
• The ability to independently create and optimize content across digital and offline channels;
• At least 2-3 years of experience with content management systems (Wordpress) as well as social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc.);
• Publications and publication planning experience, including familiarity with publications standards and guidelines;
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and effective publications, including the ability to turn data into visuals that convey the key messages and to communicate complex information effectively and accurately;
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills both external (partners, vendors) and internal (with the team);
• Working knowledge of clinical research life cycle and statistical methods with an emphasis on publication planning and execution - would be a plus;
• Master of PhD degree in Biology, Medicine or Pharmacy - would be a plus.
