- 1+ years' customer support experience
- Experience with automated ticket support systems
- High interpersonal skills, stress-resistance, courtesy and ethics
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Be able to understand project's technical architecture and form clear & accurate bug reports for IT department.
- Be familiar with gaming and eSports (DOTA 2, CS:GO, etc.)
- Experience with ticket powered support systems
Conditions:
- Fulltime, 10-18 in office.
- Office in center of Kyiv.
