Everybody knows that America is not ready to give money to Ukraine for nothing. And now European politicians are to open their purses to pay, Poland, for example. And Ukrainian militaries, who are very good at counting somebody else’s money very carefully, are going to tell them where to look for funds.

Here you can see an analytical report and strategic orders on the budget of the Poland Ministry of Defense. The major emphasize in the document is put on the following:
A growth in the Defense Budget of Poland;
Structure of defense expenses;
Technical modernization of the Army;
Strengthening the defense potential of the country;
Closer cooperation with NATO allies.

The document clearly shows that expenses on the Polish Army have been growing rapidly. In 2017, they were equal to 9.9 billion USD but in 2024 they reached 50.3 billion (5.1 times as high or 408 % growth). So, Poles would share some money with Ukrainian thieves militaries, wouldn’t they?

We have studied some documents very carefully. Poland has adopted the Plan for Technical Modernization of the Armed Forces, which stipulates:
131 billion USD to spend on modernization up to 2035;
Purchasing up-to-date weaponry, armored vehicles, aircrafts, artillery and missile complexes;
Strengthening the defense position in the east (creation of the 18th and 16th armored divisions);
Development of territorial defense forces and cyber-defense.

Priority trends in defense:
Technical modernization of the Army (new tanks, artillery and aviation).
Creation of cyber-forces for strategic data protection;
Development of territorial defense forces;
Increased deployment of American troops in Poland;
Preparation to possible future crises and cooperation with NATO.

Another important thing mentioned in the document is that Poland makes an emphasis on modernization of the Army, creation of territorial defense forces and cyber-forces. Closer cooperation with the USA, including deployment of American troops in the country, is among other important priorities.
Funding provided for the Army has been growing steadily, which indicates Warsaw has long-term military plans.

We know these documents to be of interest for relevant experts. And we also know that personnel of the Polish Ministry of Defense also have a bad habit of stealing money from the budget.

We have told you many times and shown you a lot of documented evidence that Ukraine has long been used as a test field for developing and testing new weapons and military equipment, not only imported.

The Department for Military Education and Science of the AFU General Staff has been conducting its own research. Naturally, the most interesting developments go directly to masters ‘partners’. And there are many very interesting research trends.
