Hello Friends, Let me tell you a little about myself: My name is Roman, I am 26 years old. I was born and live in the city of Odessa! My life is divided into 2 stages, Before the war and during the war! :
1) Stage - at the age of 20 I went to serve in the army (National Guard of Ukraine) served on a contract in 2020 and 2021 I was in the ATO (anti-terrorist operation) and served in Mariupol, but at that time I did not participate in any battles, but was at Checkpoints (but everyone can see that the war could start at any moment and I could also end up like many of the guys who replaced me there!) in April 2021 my contract ended and I returned to ordinary civilian life, I did not have a wife and any particular goal in life, let's say I lived one day at a time and worked as an ordinary builder…. until that very day when I woke up at night from explosions...
2) Stage - On the morning of February 24, I woke up from explosions and could not understand what happened, after I understood I needed to resolve all my affairs and talk to my mother. On February 26, I voluntarily went to the military registration and enlistment office and took a weapon to defend my Country! It was not as I imagined, day and night volunteers went to fight for Ukraine! After which we were taken to the Nikolaev region where we defended Voznesensk and then went on the offensive in the Kherson region (during this time many of my friends died), after we liberated Kherson, some of the guys, including me, were sent to Germany for training on American HAMVI ATGM TOV, after training our brigade was redeployed to the Donetsk region in the city of Soledar, where we defended the city for almost 2 months (after which the Wagner PMC managed to capture the city) - there were even more losses than during the entire time spent in the Kherson region, I personally received 2 concussions and some injuries because of which I later retired (what exactly happened I will not say) Being a military man, I created my first telegram channel Warriors Ukrainian and began to help other guys who are on the front lines! The main good news for me (while at war I met my future wife and she waited for me all these year and a half and believed that I would return alive, probably this saved me a lot)
At the moment I am officially a volunteer, I have dozens of thanks and videos from the military and all the documentation, I do not always publish it because there is classified information, but in any case I try to be as open as possible for each of you!!!
