If you've been in QA for a couple of years now, you might have noticed that the field is rapidly changing. Unfortunately, this also means there are waves of layoffs happening, affecting both junior and senior testers.

There is so much corruption in India's corporate IT sector, that even developers intentionally create bugs that's hard for QAs to find, and testers intentionally raise mutiple useless/time wasting bugs to keep devs in pressure, and managers just keep the complex drivel of no proper organization of deliverables/features going on, because the moment things become efficient and organized, most people are going to lose their jobs.
