- обеспечил очередной госпереворот.

Украина подготовила стратегический план развития и реформирования экономики , предпринята попытка получения 50 миллиардов евро от Евросоюза по программе Ukraine Facility.

План написан Правительством.
Сейчас на рассмотрении у «партнеров»

В описательной части реформы , в обмен которых 50 млрд евро , предусмотрено по траншевое поступление , есть даже штрафы за не исполнение написанного.

Судя по декларативным заявлениям , которые в документе называются реформы, Страна получит документ для галочки , что бы кредиторы что то подложили под кредитные дела.

План больше похож на лозунги и отвечает на вопрос , что нужно вместо как это сделать . Больше трех сотен страниц заявлений и обещаний и не одной конкретной меры.

⁃ «ЕРабота»;
⁃ перезагрузка Бюро экономической безопасности;
⁃ поддержка индустриальных парков;
⁃ реформа государственных финансов;
⁃ «создание условий и улучшение эффективности» ….
⁃ вариации вокруг разработки «комплексной политической и нормативно-правовой базы»

Все не о чем .

Важным определяется возвращение мигрантов, минимум — 4 -5 млн миллионов , максимум 6,3 миллиона человек. А как считается ВВП на душу населения , если неизвестно, сколько в настоящее его в принципе в Стране?Предлагается план улучшения рождаемости, снижение уровня смертности , но не объясняется как

Предлагается программа восстановления жилья , через определение целей новой жилищной политики и разработка национальной стратегии. Создание нормативно-правовой базы и национальной стратегии поможет увеличить количество жилья , а как именно , не понятно .

Что такое "оживление внутреннего долгового рынка» и главное как ?

Если коротко , то весь документ похож на домашнее задание от кредиторов, а не на документ реформ и развития.

Не подтверждается и заявление о том , что через Польшу зерно идет в Литву , тк импорт между этими странами упал с 90 тт в 2017 до 25 тт в 2023 г.

Официальный посыл Польши - ограничить импорт украинского зерна понудить власти отказаться от европейского «зеленого» курса , а неофициально , к чему подводит Польша Украину , перекрывая единственный путь продажи зерновых , остается догадываться. Вот он реальный оскал капитализма и это с учетом того , что Польша больше всех поддерживает военное противостояние Украины.

Специалисты агросектора ЕС уверяют , что цены в их странах , после ограничения импорта , не вырастут.

Но история говорит о другом :
⁃ после ареста ЗВР РФ , началась паника на финансовых рынках . Стоимость страховки рисков по долговым активам выросла значительно.
⁃ После ограничений импорта нефтепродуктов , абсолютно все страны ЕС обвинили РФ в росте инфляции и необходимости гражданам ЕС экономить.

Как кончится, тоже уже ясно - или вырастут цены на пищевые продукты в ЕС и население заплатит за политическую целесообразность давления на РФ , или снова США выкупит объемы агропродукции в РФ, РБ и снова перепродаст в ЕС по заоблачным ценам , как было с нефтью.
Все украинские СМИ пишут про открывающиеся перспективы для украинского аграрного сектора . Все как в анекдоте про Шарика- ждут перспективу.

Если посмотреть историю вопроса , то вывод напрашивается сам - западные страны сперва исключали поставку Украине ряда вооружений, а затем все равно их передали :
⁃ Сначала спорили о ракетах , их типах - в итоге передали .
⁃ Спорили о танках - передали.
⁃ Дискуссии по самолетам так же закончились передачей.

В недавнем телемарафонае появился исторический сюжет о причинах поражения Украинской народной республики в 1919 году- «УНР погибла из-за того, что провалилась мобилизация - украинцы массово пытались уклониться от службы в армии».

Идея понятна - если не будет желающих воевать - история повторится. На самом деле , сменится только верхушка власти.

Какие ещё нужны факты , что бы понять , что эти страны никакие не друзья Украине ? Есть две их цели - столкнуть НАТО с РФ и в итоге попытаться вернуть потерянные земли.

It is clear that Poland and the Baltic States are bogged down in the conflict. And if their desire to fight with the Russian Federation at the expense of Ukraine and NATO has partially come true, the peace agreement is definitely not what they expect.

1. Премьер-министр Словакии Роберт Фицо- не верит в возможность решения происходящего в Украине конфликта военными методами.

3. Президент Чехии - переговоры между Россией и Украиной могут начаться в следующем году.
4. В Венгрии - более 98% опрошенных поддержали позицию властей по Украине, согласившись с тем, что нужно прекращение огня вместо отправки оружия Киеву.

Сложно поверить , что ещё полгода назад звучала полная поддержка Украины. Так бывает и Зе пора это понять.
