Position: User Acquisition Team Lead

Salary: up to $8,000 gross monthly
Adapty is a fast-growing SaaS company helping mobile apps manage subscriptions, in-app purchases, and paywalls. We power 20K+ apps and process over $2B in subscriptions annually.
We are looking for a User Acquisition Team Lead to own multi-channel paid growth across a portfolio of subscription products. You will lead a team of UA specialists, work directly with clients, and collaborate with Creative and Product teams to drive scalable growth.
What you will do:
— Lead acquisition strategy and performance across multiple projects
— Manage and mentor UA specialists
— Own targeting, bidding, budgeting, and geo expansion strategies
— Drive creative testing with the Creative team
— Oversee tracking, attribution, and measurement quality
— Run client reviews and provide clear recommendations
— Align acquisition with product growth and monetization
What we expect:
— 3+ years of hands-on UA experience across Meta, Google, and TikTok
— Proven experience scaling mobile apps
— Experience with web-to-web acquisition flows
— Strong analytical skills and understanding of post-ATT measurement
— Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools
— Strong understanding of subscription economics
— Experience mentoring UA specialists
— Strong client communication skills and fluent English
It would be a plus:
— Experience with Apple Search Ads, ASO, Google Search, Snapchat, X, or Pinterest
— Experience managing $1M+ monthly ad spend
— Agency, consulting, or multi-client background
