Today we’d like to show you another interesting document The Plan of Main Activities Performed by the Administration of the State Special Transport Service for 2024.
The Service was created on the basis of military units that belonged to USSR railway troops and remained in Ukraine after the collapse of the USSR and engineering troops units. Once it was even supervised by the Ukrainian Ministry of Transport but then was returned to the Ministry of Defense.
This year the Service Administration has set a lot of strategic goals. As you can see, all these goals should lead to NATO.
For example:
Strategic goal 1. Effective defense management and the combined leadership system by defense forces and military administration in the Armed Forces of Ukraine based on the principles of democratic civil control, other NATO principles and standards.
It could all be well, but this Service actually deals with construction of motorways, railroads and transport infrastructure objects. And now it is also responsible for building defense lines. Even Ze-dwarf once complained of huge amounts of money being stolen in road construction in his pre-election multi-series soap opera Sluga Naroda (People’s Servant). Billions are being stolen there and as regards defense lines, one can steal everything down to the last coin because after retreat nobody is going to check whether those trenches and bunkers were really built or not.
Well, such tricky manipulations with money are being met with perplexity in NATO. They have their own schemes to get profits but nothing similarly bold. Open theft is being treated very negatively there. So, it seems the Alliance is going to remain closed no matter how eager the Administration of the State Special Transport Service is to join it. We know that the Chief Inspector on transparency and accountability of aid provided by the USA has come to Kiev for your blood as well. And you are being very mean to call Mr. Richardson ‘a fucking black monkey’. 🐵
