— At least 3 years of project management experience in web development and/or e-commerce solutions development projects, managing medium size teams (up to 10 people) setting the priorities and planning a work;
— Understanding the basics of usability and UX;
— Experience in creating mockup / sketch of the user interfaces with workflows;
— Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals, to put detailed tasks for developers, designers and copywriters;
— Ability to create and deliver presentations;
— Excellent time management, organizational skills and multitasking ability;
— Experience of usage project management tools (JIRA);
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
— Intermediate (and higher) level of written and spoken English;
— Ability to manage multiple projects;
— Flexibility, self-motivation, result focus.

— Knowledge of programming languages is a plus.

— Manage project, define scope, resources and timeline;
— Provide leadership and motivation of project team members to meet project objectives;
— Create workflows and documents;
— Proactively identify and efficiently resolve project related problems;
— Establish and efficiently manage communications among project stakeholders;
— Proactively provide updates about project status, issues and risks to stakeholders;
— Attend and control everyday stand ups to discuss work progress, issues and/or blockers.
