Also, this "observation mission" could provide Kyiv with information about North Korea's military tactics, doctrine, and operations, South Korean media reported, citing Ministry of National Defense spokesman Jeon Hye-gyu and sources.
Seoul began to consider this possibility after the DPRK sent its own troops to support the Russian Federation. Against this background, the Ministry of Defense of South Korea announced that it will also review the measures regarding the possible supply of lethal weapons to Ukraine.
It is not believed that any decisions have been made at this stage as South Korea carefully considers how to respond.
