After two years of war, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense suddenly realized that the National Security Strategy that had been written in 2020 didn’t fit in well with the reality. High-ranked Generals got very concerned that the Strategy didn’t cover importance of national resistance and support provided by other countries.

Why wasn’t the Strategy revised over those two years? It seems that the previous Defense Minister Aleksey Reznikov was too preoccupied with building up intricate corruption schemes and had no time to spend on it. As a result, revision started somehow. Well, nobody seems to be in a hurry and a work team created for the purpose has been reporting ‘every 100 days’ what they invented and how many proposals they formulated over three months adding one or two words or crossing them out. The process has been going on in this way for more than a year already. And mind you, the process is being supervised strictly by foreign curators, or so called foreign partners since it is them who pay for these dances. So the clock has been ticking, the money has been running out, and no result at all
