Our ideal candidate has:
3+ years in Business Analysis in software development project
Experience in Pre-sales and Discovery Phases
Experience in working on two projects in parallel
Technical skills: understanding of API, DB, client-server architecture, basics of AI tools
Excellent communication skills
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English (B2+)
Will be a plus:
✔️QA or PM experience
✔️Experience with Salesforce
Responsibilities:
🔹Lead the discovery phase
🔹Conduct benchmarking
🔹Conduct user research together with UX designer
🔹Play the role of a proxy product owner/project coordinator role when necessary
🔹Share vision and priorities with the team and participate in developing the BA community
