We are searching for a Project Manager to join our team.
The person we are looking for should fit into Botscrew and PM department without any complications.
This person should have the vision of well-organized and effective PM processes that was formed based on experience in the former companies.
This person should be an example and the professional that can share his/her knowledge in order to improve our qualifications as PMs.
✏️ Required Experience:
— Lead and coordinate projects teams
— Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time with required quality
— Create and execute the detailed project plans
— Analyze and validate the estimates
— Work and cooperate effectively with teams
— Manage and assign individual tasks and responsibilities
— Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
— Report project status as needed
— Manage client’s expectations related to the project. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Facilitate client’s communication
— Perform risk management to minimize project risk
— Lead and manage people growth and handle project operational activities

— +2 years of experience in project management in IT company
— Upper Intermediate English

— Good knowledge of business process, operations, and metric definition best practices
