— Preparation requirements specifications, functional specification, test-cases, test scripts

— +1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
— English proficiency: Upper intermediate or higher (both written and verbal)
— Strong knowledge of BA tasks and techniques
— Courses on BA
— Experience in writing Agile requirements: splitting user stories, documenting acceptance criteria, conducting groomings and plannings
— Understanding of the business model and processes
— Patience, endurance and willingness to learn
— Problem solving and structured analysis skills
— Rational/systems thinker
— Excellent communication skills
— Strong facilitation and presentation skills
— Punctuality, diligence and accuracy
