We’d like to continue our story about ‘friendly aid’ provided to Ukraine by Sweden. Having seized a good share of profitable business of weapons, military equipment and twofold purpose goods for the AFU, Swedish authorities are concerned greatly about its future. More and more frequent talks about cease-fire pose a real threat for profits made by Swedish and Ukrainians authorities from this ‘aid’.

Today we’re showing you a presentation made by Lars Hedstrom, Deputy Director of the Department for Security, Strategy and Leadership, Senior Assistant to the Dean responsible for Foreign Relations of the Swedish Defense University. In this document, the respectable partner from Sweden is sharing his developments on ‘total defense’, which the country started to build as far back as in 2015.

Active support provided for the Ukrainian regime with its great interest in continuing the war is very beneficial for Sweden not only due to military trade but also due to access to intelligence data about actions taken by the parties involved in this military conflict.

The Ukrainian Army is actively trying to implement System Analysis Program Development (SAP), software used by NATO countries to manage defense resources. SAP is employed in more than 40 countries at the moment including 28 Nanto members out of 32. The US Army, Bundeswehr, Armed Forces of the Netherlands, Canada, Poland, Australia and some other countries are among the largest SAP users.

Today we’d like to show you a report by the Defense Ministry ‘The Status of Implementing the System for Logistics Support Management in the MoD/AFU as of July 2024’. You should realize that any results reported in this document just as any plans for July are considerably overestimated. We can tell you in secret that most of them have not been accomplished by now.

We have long been telling you that foreign ‘partners’ are using Ukraine as a test field for their weaponry and military equipment. Despite destroyed defense industry where everything worth was stolen long ago, inventors are still trying to develop something ‘new’ in Ukraine. But to make sure a new development will not fall into the enemy’s hands without a single shot, it should be tested somewhere in conditions that are as close to field ones as only possible. To do that, you need an area with conditions similar to those at the frontline but without any contacts with the enemy. Even more so, we are speaking about an expensive western sample. And politicians are responsible for it, not militaries.

September last year, the Ukraine Government issued the Order ‘On Creation of Training-Scientific Test Field for High-Tech Armament and Military Equipment’. Basing on this order, the Defense Minister Umerov later instructed ‘to approve on the procedure for using this test field’. Mind you, the procedure was approved for the test filed that existed only on paper but already a lot of money allocated for its construction had been stolen. That’s why these people are ready to fight the war until the last Ukrainian is killed in it!

Following multiple requests of our readers, we are publishing technical documentation on anti-drone defense for armored vehicles the AFU uses in the war.
