🤍120g brown sugar

🤍1/2 tsp baking soda

BROW BUTTER: 80g + an extra tbsp unsalted butter

In a stove melt the butter until it turns brow not golden!!! And let it cool a bit before using

Preheat the oven to 410°F (210°C), adjusting according to your oven. Mine is not very reliable. 175°C is great.

In a medium bowl, combine the butter and sugars until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Crack an egg into the mixture and add some vanilla essence, then mix until well combined.

Next, add in the flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt, and mix until a dough forms.

Add in the chocolate.


🤍

Chill the dough for 30 minutes. (or not haha)

As a personal preference, I like to add a bit of salt to each dough ball before shaping them into small balls to achieve the same flavor found in store-bought cookies.

Throw them in the oven for 15 min for
210°C and voilà!
