👾 SMM Specialist for Setapp (MacPaw)
📌 In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) aligned with our existing strategy
- Develop and implement a content plan, overseeing the creation and distribution of content across social media platforms
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Regularly monitor market, competitor, and target audience trends to identify new opportunities for engagement and expand our online reach
- Collaborate with the team in developing and refining marketing strategies and setting goals
- Manage the budget allocated for social media marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and other colleagues, including influencers, video editors, and freelancers. Provide detailed briefs and ensure timely task completion
- Actively engage with our community on social media platforms, especially X, responding to comments and participating in live events (like WWDC)
📌 Skills you’ll need to bring:
- At least 2 years of SMM experience in software product development companies
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their tools (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- A keen understanding of social media trends and best practices
- Passion for technology and a commitment to staying up-to-date with emerging trends
- Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Upper-intermediate level of English (conversational, as you’ll work in an international team. Be prepared for interviews in English)
- Fluent Ukrainian
