Overview of the Role
You’ll mainly focus on turning cold leads into active clients by using follow-up techniques, including setting up introductory calls with prospects. Being proactive, an excellent communicator, and crafting messages to our Ideal Customer Profile are key to success in this role.
Requirements:
— 6+ months of proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role, with a focus on cold outreach.
— Knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.
— Ability to work independently and as a productive sales team member, making outbound prospecting reach outs by email, LinkedIn, and other channels daily.
— Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
— Experience using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator or similar prospecting applications for new lead generation while maintaining follow-ups with old prospecting connections.
— Experience in crafting effective communication sequences.
Will be a plus:
— Experience / basic understanding of custom HS workflows, Linkedin automation via Expandi.
— Understanding of IoT domain.
— Strong knowledge of other languages.
Responsibilities:
— Nurture leads through different channels of communication (Linkedin, emailing, etc).
— Create personalized messages and follow-ups.
— Schedule introductory meetings between Sales Managers and clients.
— Conduct daily professional network research and outreach via LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Industry Conference sites, and other resources.
— Collaborate closely with the Business Development Team.
— Record daily activities in CRM.
